You need to qualify with each TYPE of concealed carry weapon you intend to use. Revolver and/or Semi-Auto NY Safe Act You need to qualify with the Hi-Capacity magazine and the weapon you retired with. Upon successful completion you will receive a photo qualification card for HR 218 which also acts as proof of NY State compliance. You will be required to shoot a 50 round course with a minimum passing score of 70%. The qualification process should take no longer than 30 minutes. Please arrive on time. Please allow for additional time if you are shooting a second weapon.

2) Ear protection
3) 50 rounds of LEAD-FREE ammo for each TYPE of weapon****
4) Holster or Leather Gear
5) NYS Pistol License
6) Departmental ID (Expired is Acceptable)
NOTE: ALL WEAPONS MUST REMAIN HOLSTERED WHEN NOT ON THE RANGE****LEAD-FREE AMMO, Eye, and Ear Protection available for purchase in our retail store Fees - HR 218 / NY Safe Act
1) First Weapon is $50.00 (semi-auto is the first weapon when also shooting a revolver)
2) Second Weapon is $25.00
