POLICIES
Refund Policy
Students who cancel prior to the start of instruction are eligible for a full refund, subject to the following course-specific guidelines:
16-Hour Courses
- 100% refund if cancellation occurs before instruction begins
47-Hour Firearms Training Course
- 100% refund if cancellation occurs before instruction begins
- No refund once firearms handling, safety, proficiency, and qualification training has commenced
Refund Procedure
Any funds paid to the school in excess of the amount owed by a student who cancels, withdraws, or is discontinued will be refunded within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
- Refunds may be issued by check or credit card
- Students may elect to apply the refund toward future training

Attendance Policy
100% attendance is required for all courses.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, including:
- Illness
- Family emergencies
- Childcare issues
- Other reasonable causes
In such cases, students must notify the school by phone or email prior to or as soon as possible following the absence.
- Students may be permitted to make up missed hours during the next available course
- No-call / no-show students may be excluded from makeup opportunities but may appeal to the School Director
- Makeup training approval is granted on a case-by-case basis
Front Line Training Center reserves the right to:
- Reject any application for admission
- Terminate a student due to safety concerns, attendance issues, conduct violations, or failure to comply with school rules and NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services regulations
Complaint Policy
All complaints will be reviewed by the School Director.
Every reasonable effort will be made to resolve issues in a fair, professional, and equitable manner.
