Our Mission
Our mission is to deliver real-world, relevant concealed carry training for both experienced and first-time shooters. Led by law enforcement professionals, our instruction is designed to be practical, engaging, and approachable.
We pride ourselves on creating a fun, non-intimidating learning environment where every student feels comfortable and supported. Our classes are lively, interactive, and informative, and our instructors remain continually trained—because they understand what it’s like to be a student and are committed to helping every participant succeed.
Glen currently instructs firearms, security, and advanced defensive tactics, with a specialized focus on active shooter response and mitigation. He is also a Heavy Weapons Armorer and HAZMAT Specialist, with deep technical and tactical knowledge in high-risk environments.
In addition to training students, Glen now trains instructors in civilian response to active shooter incidents, helping elevate preparedness and response standards across organizations. His background also includes service on the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, and he is a proud recipient of the NYPD Combat Cross for bravery in the line of duty.
Anthony’s departmental instructional experience includes firearms, conducted electrical weapons (Taser), pepper spray, defensive tactics, and deadly physical force. He is also a certified handgun armorer, ensuring a strong technical foundation in firearm function, maintenance, and safety.
In addition, Anthony currently serves as a FEMA / Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Law Enforcement Active Shooter Response (LEASR) Instructor, delivering advanced training focused on preparedness, response, and coordinated action during critical incidents.
Front Line Training Center was founded in 2014 by Glen and Anthony, driven by a shared passion for safety, security, and professional instruction. Their combined experience, training, and real-world perspective set the foundation for a training center built on credibility, quality, and trust.
Today, Front Line Training Center delivers superior instruction rooted in real-world techniques, taught in a state-of-the-art facility designed to support safe, effective, and modern training for every student.
